At Gracie Barra Centennial, we believe success begins with accountability—being responsible for your progress, your training, and your mindset. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, showing up and putting in the work is the first step to reaching your goals.

This week we’re diving into:
✅ Foot throw setups
✅ Submissions from side control
✅ Movement, break falls, and body awareness

🧠 Word of the Week: Accountability

In Jiu-Jitsu, accountability means:
✔️ Consistently showing up—even when it’s hard
✔️ Owning your technique, your effort, and your improvement
✔️ Helping others grow while staying committed to your own progress

It’s about being reliable for yourself, your teammates, and your coaches.
