This week our GBK Program will start with Headlock Escapes. Our Junior program will work on the one-hand shoulder throw. Instructors will explain a sweep and submission before students finish off with specific training.
Our GB1 Fundamentals class will start with Self-Defense against striking from the Guard position. We will also cover distance management, arm control, and armbar submission. Our Instructor will teach the tripod sweep, waiter sweep, and outside hook sweep. The class will end with specific training.
Advanced class this week will involve transitions to the guard or sacrifice throws. We will also work on pulling to spider guard, spider sweeps, and triple attack from spider guard. As always we will finish with specific training.
