For our Tiny Champions and Little Champions I, this week is all about honing your distance management abilities, perfecting seamless transitions from side control to mount, and achieving mastery in executing a hip throw while maintaining precise control over your opponent’s head. These fundamental skills not only contribute to your growth as a practitioner but also serve as building blocks for a solid foundation in Jiu-Jitsu.

Moving on to our Little Champions II and Juniors classes, get ready to delve into the art of defending against a double leg takedown with effective kick defenses. You’ll also gain the knowledge and skills needed to escape from challenging positions like the mount and knee on belly, along with mastering the mechanics of a headlock hip throw. As the class progresses, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your newly acquired techniques through engaging specific training exercises that mirror real-life scenarios.

In our GB1 Fundamentals class, we’re taking a deep dive into self-defense techniques. For our dedicated GB2 Advanced class members, the focus is on the artistry of leg throws, including the finesse of foot sweeps.
