Welcome to Week 14 of training at Gracie Barra Centennial! This week we focus on both powerful Jiu-Jitsu skills and the important value of Leadership.
Leadership in Jiu-Jitsu isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about setting an example, supporting teammates, and showing consistency on and off the mats. Every time you help a new student, push yourself to improve, or demonstrate discipline, you’re stepping into the role of a leader.
Word of the Week: Leadership
Leadership means guiding others by example, taking responsibility, and encouraging the people around you. On the mats, that could mean drilling with focus, listening to your professor, and motivating your partner. Off the mats, it could be applying discipline in school, work, or family life.
