In the Advanced Classes learn inside techniques on foot throws for our GB Professors. Also, they have keen insight into submissions from the back. Definitely classes you do not want to miss.

In the GB Kids program our students practice the inside hook foot throw. They also work defending back attacks. The word of the week is Respect: a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.
