Week 11 – Guard Passes and Leg Grabs

Come improve your top game this week at Gracie Barra Centennial. 

GB1 Fundamentals

In our self-defense portion of our classes this week we learn to block punches and take down our opponents, transitioning to the mount and armbar.  We are also working on four different top guard moves to help your game. 

GB2 Advanced

In the advanced classes come work on your single and double leg takedown, advanced top guard techniques, and roll, roll, roll.

GB Kids

In our kids classes we are practicing the rolling break fall, single leg takedowns, top guard and more. The word of the week is Discipline: activity or experience that provides mental or physical training.
