GB1 Fundamentals: In this class, we’re delving deep into self-defense techniques. Imagine smoothly escaping a double lapel grab with an outside hook takedown and mastering the mechanics of a powerful straight armbar. Tackle the common challenge of escaping the mount when trapped in a headlock, and engage in the excitement of the over-the-leg pass drill.
