Gracie Barra Week 10 Hip Throws Mount and Knee on Belly

It’s Week 10 at Gracie Barra Centennial we’ll be learning Hip throws, Jiu Jitsu Mount, and Knee on belly. In the fundamentals class well be learning self-defense against headlocks, how to choke from mount position and knee on belly. Do you know the technical benefits of being in the mount position?  Drop in for a Free class if you’re nearby Highland’s ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Englewood or Lone tree. Doing Jiu jitsu is a great opportunity to regain your health and mental clarity.

In our children’s Jiu Jitsu program, we’ll be studying stand up techniques including Hip Throws, or Hand Throws, ground techniques including mount and knee on belly. It’s a fantastic week to start training jiu- jitsu.
